Client has full, non-exclusive rights to use and retain any documents provided in throughout a project cycle. There are no restrictions on sharing plans.

Designer (KMast Designs) retains rights to use material generated throughout the project, to be adapted for future projects, or displayed in advertising. No personally identifiable information will be included in any documents shared with any third party.

Price Adjustments

A firm quote will be provided when possible. For projects with complex contingencies, an estimate may be provided. Client will be notified before total project costs exceed estimate. Designer will communicate with client throughout the project to adjust and refine design. If multiple redesigns are requested by client, additional fees may apply. Designer will notify client before engaging in any work that would require additional fees. For construction plans that client will submit directly to building department, designer will work to resolve any issues building officials have with plans as quickly as possible, usually at no extra cost. If extra pages are required, additional fees may apply.
